I had a great stay at Seminaris Campus Hotel. The location was perfect for me as it was close to the academic campus that I needed to visit. The facilities were all in good condition and the hotel was well-maintained. The street where the hotel is located was quiet, made for a peaceful atmosphere. there was a supermarket and some nice restaurants within walking distance, making it convenient to find everything I needed.
